SUBLktBAN RATE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CQJNCIL OF THS CITY OF RICHFIELD as
follows:

Vern Luettinger is hereby designated as a director of the Suburban
Rate Authority, and Stanley W. Olson is hereby designated to serve
as alternate director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year
1965 and until their successors are appointed.
