RESOLUTION AU~iORIZING "SPACE RENTAL AGREEMENT°$ WITH COUNTY

BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. A proposed ''Space Rental Agreement" by the City of Richfield
and the County of Hennepin providing for the use of certain city
facilities for the conduct of the business of the Hennepin County
Court, is hereby given clergy's file No, 7443A, and ordered to"be
placed on filed,
2. This agreement is hereby approved and the mayor, manager, and
clerk are hereby authorized and directed to effect such agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Richfield.
