RESOLUTION N0. 3341
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ASSESSMENT OP DIVIDED PROPBRTIFS ON
SANITARY SBNBR TRUNK
WHEREAS, rt is hereby determined that the following parcels are iri the area
which was assessed for benef it received from construction of Sanitary .Sewer Trunk;
and
'tRIB3REAS, Bach said parcel is described by plat and parcel as follows:
Plat 46710, Parcels 210, 310, 410, 510, 610, 710
WHEREAS, These parcels are not presently assessed for sanitary sewer trunl~, and
WHEREAS', It is hereby .determined that such parcels have and are being benef fitted
by sanitary sewer trunk, and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that the above parcels are to be assessed in
amounts equal to the benefits received by other parcels in sanitary sewer trunk
for the remaining period of nine years, and
WHBRBAS, The first instailmen t shall be due and payable in the year 1965, to
be w 1lected with other taxes and special assessments,
NOVO THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richf laid, Minne®
sots:
1, That the total assessment be in the amount of $562,50.
2a That the city clerk is hereby directed to prepare an assessment
roll showing the amount assessed against each parcel of lairad
above which should have been, and is hereby assessed.
3m That said assessment roll. shall be certified to the County Audi
for so that such assessments can be collected in the same manner
as other special assessments.
