RESOLUTION AUTHORIZII~ ASSESSMENT OF DIVIDED PROPERTY ON
SANITARY SEWER TRUNK AND SANITARY.SEWER IATERAL, VILLAGE PRO. 224
WHEREAS, It is hereby determined that the following parcels are. in the area
which was assessed for benefit received from construction of sanitary sewer trunk
and sanitary sewer lateral, Village Project No. 224, and
WHSREas, Said parcel is described by plat and parcel as follows:
Plat 45635 - Parcel 5210
WHEREAS, This parcel is not presentiq assessed for sanitary sewer trunk and
sanitary sewer lateral No. 224, and
WHBRBAS, I"t is hereby determined that this parcel is being benefitted by
sanitary sewer trunk and sanitary sewer lateral, Village Project No. 224, and
~WHffitEAS, it is hereby determined that the above parcel is to be assessed in
amounts' equal to the benefits received by other parcels on sanitary sewer trunk
and sanitary sewer lateral, Village Project No. 224 for the remaining period of
nine and ten years, respectively, and
WHEREAS', The first ins tallment shall be due and payable in the year 1965
to be collected with other taxes and special assessments,
Na4V THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the.city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota;
1. That the total assessment for sanitary sewer trunk be in the amount of
$125,00, and that the total assessment for sanitary sewer lateral No. 224 be in
the amount of $370.00,
2. That the t-c~ityc~ clerk is hereby directed to prepare assessment rolls
showing the amounts assessed against this parcel of land above which should have
been, and is hereby assessed.
3. That said assessment rolls shall be certif led to the county auditor so
that such assessments can be collected in the same manner as other special assess-
ments. '
