WHEREAS, Said parcel is described by plat and parcel as follows:

WHEREA59 This parcel has inadvertently been omitted from being specs ally
as~ressed for sanitary sewer iateral9 and
'WHEREAS9 It is hereby determined that such parcel has and is being benefitted
by sanitary sewer iateral9 Village Project No. 4599 and
S~REAS9 It is hereby determined that the above parcel is t4 be assessed in
an amount equal to the benefits received by other parcels in sanitary sewer
lateral9 Village Project No, 214, for the remaining per sod of ten years9 and
