RESOLUTION CLOSING PARK BONDS OF 1956 SINKING PUND
TA~ffiRBAS, Resolution No. 1168, dated August 13, 1956, awarded the sale
of $62,000 Park Bonds, and provided taxes and funds for their payment,

I~IERBAS, A11 such obligations and interest thereon have been paid in

4V~iBREAS, There remains a cash balance in the amount of $3,248.30 in
sinking fund provided for the payment of said Park Bonds.
NU+~ THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of
Richf field as follows-:
1., That the surplus funds amount of $32'•48.30 be transferred
to the Park Fund to be available for appropriations there-
in, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475.61, Sub-
div~sion 4.
2. That the Park Bonds of 1956 Sinking Pund be closed.
3. That the manager and director of finance bring into effect
the provisions of this resolution.
