RESOLUTION RELATING ~ BROOKLXN PARK REPORT ON SLW~E DISPOSAL
AREAS, the Village of Brooklyn Park has obtained a preliminary report
of the Village's sewage disposal in the Metropolitan area, and
i~HBRBAS~, such report appears to contain recommendations worthy of com-
pieta study and consideration by the Water Pollution Control Commission,
NOW, THffitEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richf i aid, Hennepin County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The Water Pollution Control Commis siom is hereby requested to give

full consideration to the points raised in the of orementioned report by
Brooklyn Park before making final recommendations on the construction and
financing of sewage disposal facilities in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropol®
itan Area.
2. Let a copy of this resolution be sent to the Water Pollution Con-
troS~ Commission of the State of Minnesota.
