RESOLUTION ADOPTIIVC ASSESSMENT ON VILIAGS PROJECT NO. 477
BS IT RESOLVED by the vi ila.ge council of the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, as foilowes
1. That the village clerk has, with the ass is Lance of the village engineer, calculated
the proper ainour~s to be assessed for the construction of curb and gutter, Village Pro
Sect No. 477; against every assessable lot, piece., or parcel of land specially benefited
therebq in accordance with the provisions of law, and the proposed assessment so made up
was filed with the village clerk for more than 15 daps prior to the assessment hearing and
was open to public inspection during said period.
2. That notice has• been duly published and a public hearing heretofore duly he id as re~
quired by law so that this council could meet and pass. upon the proposed assessment.
30 That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their ob,~ec-
tions, if anq, to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said public hearing.
4. That the village council has heretofore duly established Village Project No.~477, and
of ter carefully considering all the facts, the benefits to each lot, piece or parcel of
land ar~d fuilq advising itself in the premises, has found and determined and hereby dem

went ro11 was improved by reason of the construction of said Village Project No, 477 and
has: been and is specially benefited in the amount set out in said proposed assessment
roll opposite each such lot, piece or parcel of land, ~ '~
5. The. proposed total assessment in the amount cif $29,572,53 is hereby affirmed, adopted,
and confirmed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment are affirmed, adopted
and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots., pieces, or parcels
of land respectively, and said amount so set out is hereby levied against each of the rem
spective lots, pieces, or parcels of land therein described.
6. Said assessment is hereby affirmed, ad®pted, confirmed and shall be certif led by
the village .clerk and filed in his office, and shaii~_ thereupon be. anci ~nstitut.e the
specialas~essment fQr said sanitary sewer construction, Village ~'roject No. 4770

?. The assessment with accruing interest, shah: be a lien upon the property included

therein, concurrent with general. taxes, and shall be payable in equal annua5: instalim
meats extending over a period of 1(9 years. The first installment shall be payable on
the-first Monday in Januarq of 19650 All assessments shall bear interest at the rate
of 6~ per annum,. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assess
went from the date of this resolution until December 31, 9.9650 To each spbsequent ins
stallment shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
Ali assessme~s and interest there®n shall be collected and paid over in the same
manner another municipal taxes.
