RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER FROM WATER OPERATING FUND TO
GENERAL OBLIGATION WATER BONDS OF 1963 FUND AND REDUCING
CERTAIN AD VALOREM TAX LENSES
W.EfEREAS' Resolution No. 3079 provided for the sale of ~1~7009000 General
ObLi.gation Bonds of 1963 and levied takes for. the repayment thereof.
WI~E}.~ASi it appears desirable to cancel or reduce such ad valorem-tax levies
to the extent that such reduction is possible by reason of trans,~ers
from the water operati.rag fund, and
WF~REAS~ Such transfers shall be charged as an expense to-the Water Operating
Fund.
NOW TI~REE'ORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village of
Richfields Minxiesotaa as follows:
1. The transfer and appropriation of ~~.1s200.00 from the Water
Operating Fund to theGaneral Obligation Water Bonds of 1963
Fund is hereby authorized and directed.
2. The 196, ad valorem tax levy in said Resolution No. 3079 in
the amount of ~I~l' 200e00' collectible iri 1965, levied to pay
principal and interest obligations of the General Obligation
Water Bonds of 1963 Fund is hereby cancelled.
3. A copy of this resolution shall be sent to the ~ounty.Auditor.
