WI~RBAS, It appears desirable to cancel or reduce such ad valorem tale levies to the extent that such reduction is poss3.bie by reason of transfers from the water operating fund, and WfIDRBI~iS, rt appears to be desirable to transfer funds from Sewer Operating Pund to the Water Operating Fueid in order to make monies available for the payment of principaS and interest on such bond issues, N061t' THBRBFf1RE, $8 IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village of Richfield, Minnesota, as foilow~: 1. The temporary transfer of $50,000.00 from the Sewer Operating Pund t© the °f~ater Operating Pund is hereby authorized and directed. 2. The transfer and appropriation of $50,000.00 from the ~9ater Operating Fund to the Water Bonds of 1963 Pund is hereby authorized and directed. 1 3. The 1964 ad valorem tax levy in said Resolution No, 3079 in the amount of $50,000,00, collectible in 1965, levied to pay princi~ pal and interest obligations of the Dater Bonds of 1963 Fund is hereby cancelled, 4.
