RESOLUTION PROVIDING TAXES FOR PAYMENT OP BONUS COVERING THB
VILIAGB ASSUMED SHARE OP CBRTAIN SPECIAL A~ESSMBNT PROJECTS'
AREAS, certain improvements as follows have been ordered, costs determined,
ant are being asses~ed:~ Storm Sewer, Village Project No. 491; Storm Sewer,
Village Project No, .483; Sidewalk. Construction, Village Project No. 485; Alley
and Street Grading, Village Froject No, 481, Curb and Gutter, Village Froject
No, 477, and
~Ofl8RBA5, Resolution No. 3155 dated December 23, 1963 directs the issuance and
sale of temporary bonds to provide temporary financing for construction, and
t~9HHREAS, total costs of said projects have been determined as follows and are
being assessed on resolutions as indicated against benefited property: Resoiu®
Lion #3294,_Village Project No. 491; Resolution #3293, Village Project No. 483;
Resolution #3295, Village Project No, 485; Resolution #3297, Village Project Nc~
481, and
t~HBRBAS, these costs not assessed the the total amount of $172,169.67 are
being assumed as village share, and
tM~BR8A5, it is hereby determined to levy an ad valorem tax whi~~, together with
the collection of special assessments will produce an amount of at least 5°90
in excess of the amounts nee ded to meet when due the principal and interest
payments on the bonds issued to meet the above construction costs.

NODV THEREFORE, BB IT 1tESOLVBD by the council of the Village of Richfield,
1. That- there shall be levied upon ail taxable property in the Village a direct
ad-valorem tax which shall be spread on the tax rolls in i964 and collectible in
1,965 with and as a part of other ger~ral taxes of the village, a pro®rata share
for one year in the amount of $18,455.00,
2. The balance of the assumed v illage share in the amount of $1530?14..67
shall be spread upon the tax roils at such time as the council directs issu-
ance and sale of improvement bonds for permanent financing-and redemption of
temporary improvement bonds authorized by Resolution No, 3155, dated Dec, 23, 1963,
3, The village clerk is hereby au thorized and directed to file with the County
Auditor of Hennepin County, a certified copy of this resolution together with
each other information as the County Auditor may require.
Fassed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 8th day of
October, 1964.
