RESOLUTION CERTIb'Y'ING UNPAID WATER SERVIOE URGES TO THE
COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE COLLECTED WITH OTHER T~,XES ON SAID
PROPERTIES
T~SS~REAS, Ordinance #2.17 establisheszul.es, rates and charges for water service i.n
the Village of Richfield, and
WHEREAS, Ma.nnesota Statutes 1,.x,..075, Subd. 3 provides that all delinquent water
service charges not paid may be certified to the County Auditor with the
taxes against such property, and shall b® collected with other taxes on
such property, and
'WHEREAS, an assessment ro31 has been prepared specifying the amounts which shall
be certified against each particular property,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the council of the Village of Richfield, that
1. There is hereby determined to be a total uncollected amount of ~3a807.37•
2. That such amount is hereby certified to the ~Caunty auditor for
collection with other taxes on said properties,
- 3. That a copy of-this resolution shall be sent to the Hennepin
County Auditor.
