WI~RE~59 Ordinance #2,07 establishes rules, rates and charges for sanitary sewer service:
3n the Vi73age of Richfield, and
Wl~S, Section ll thereof provides that all sewer service charges not paid within
- sixty (&0) days after•due may be certified to the Oounty.~,uditor with the
taxes against such property, and shall be collected with other taxes on such
property and

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the council of the Village of Richfield, that
1. There is hereby determined to be a total uncollected amount of ~(,35'j.79.

with other taxes on said properties.
3. That a-copy of this resolution sha11. be sent to the Henn®pin Oounty auditor
