RESOLUTION ~1DOPT~NG ~SS.ESSMENT ON VTLLE~G.E PROJEOT N0. 183 ~®
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Oouncil of the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County
Minnesota, as follows
1. That the village clerk has, with the assistance of the village engineer, calculated.

hearing and was open to public inspection during said period,
2. That notice has been duly published and a public hear3.n.g heretofore daily held
as required by law so that this council could meet and pass upon the proposed assess>

3. That an opportunity has bean given to all interested persons to present their
objections, if an~% to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said
public hearing.

a~,d after carefully considering all the facts, the benefits to each lot, piece or
parcel of land and fully adv3..sing itself in the premises, has found and determined and
hereby declares that each and ev®ry lot, piece, or parcel of land included in said.

Project No. 183 and has be®n and is specially benefited in the amount set ot~t in said
proposed assessment roll opposite each such lot, piece or parcel of land.
5. The proposed total assessment in the amount of ~~.39998.39 is hereby affirmed.
adopted and confirmed and the sums.flxed and named in said proposed assessment are
affirmed, adopted and confirmed as the prope~° special assessment for each of said
lots, pisses, or parcels of land respectively, and said amount so set out is hereby
lev3.ed against each of the respective lots, pieces, or parcels of land therein d ascribed.
6. Said assessment is hereby affirmed, adopted, confirm®d and shall. be certified by
the village clerk and fi.].ed in his office, and shall thereupon be and constitute the
special assessment for said storm sewer construction, Village-Project No. I~83.
7. The assessment with accruing interest, shall be a lien upon the property included
therein, concurrent with general taxes, and shall be payable iri equal anxiual install
menu extending over a period of 20 years. The first installment shall be payable on
the first Monday 3n January of 1965. X11. assessments shall bear interest at the rate
of 6% per annum. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire
assessment from the date of this resolution until December 3l, 1965, to each subse-
quent installment shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
All assessments and interest thereon sha11 be collected and paid-over in the same
manner as other municipal taxes.
