VILIAGB PROJECT N0. 477
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 329]: passed by the council on the 14th day of
September, 1964, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed ass~ess-
men~ soli of the cost of curb and gutter construction, Village Project No.
477 and
~RBAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess-
ment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
N09i1 THEREFORE, B8 IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota, as f oilowsz
1. A public hearing shall be held an the 13th day of October,
1964, i,n the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hali
at 7:15 8•clock P,M, to pass-upon such proposed assessment',
and at such time and place all persons owning property af-
;_ fected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such improvement.
2, The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in
the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing,
and he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost of
the improvement in the amount of $29,572.53;
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 14th day of
September, 19b4,
