RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BB ASSBSSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OP PROPOSBD ASSBS5MBNT ROLL POR VILLAGB PROJECT N0. 477 WEiBREl13, the following construction was performed during the year 1963-64: Curb and gutter on Penn Avenue from 62nd St. to 78th 5t. WHBREA~, village share of costs have been paid in the sum of $52,400,21. NOW TI~REFORE, BL IT RESOLVBD by the village council of the Village of Richfield as follows: 1. That the special assessment, V. P. No. 420, levied by the Village of Richfield against the following described lots and parcels of land in the Village of Richfield are hereby cancelled and the Counety Audi- tor is hereby au thorized and directed to delete ;special assessment, V. P. No. 420, From the special assessment rolls in his office whether such special assessments have heretofore or may hereafter become payable; said lots and parcels of land. being designated by the County Auditor for record purposes as follows: Addition Plat Parcel Amount Fairwoad Park 45355 4210 $136.87 N PO " " •+ " 4285 4320 192.66 42.13 °f " 4402 115,81 " '1 " 4412 136.87 2. That the amount of $624.34 representing cancelled assessments as author- ized above are hereby considered a cost of Village Project No. 477, and be transferred to the Improvement Bonds of 1960 Sinking Fund. 3. That the cost of curb and gutter on Penn Avenue from 62nd St, to 78th Street to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be at least 20% of total cost of $29,572.53, and therefore this sum will be assessed against privately owned property benefited thereby. 4. That said assessments shall run for a period of ten yearso 3.. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed .for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment _ in his office for public inspection. 6. the clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such proposed assessment, Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 14th day of September, 1964.
