RB50LUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER FROM CONTINGBNCY
' APPROPRIATION Tb MAXOR.•COUNCIL AMOUNT
1~fiSREpiS, an appropriation in the 1964 budget of $1,000.00 was made for
Charter Commission expenses, and
'WfIBREAS, it is herebq determined that an additional appropriation of
$1400.00 is necessary for such purposes,
NOW THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED, by the village council of the Village of
Richf laid,
1. That an amount of $1400.00 be transferred from the con-
tingency. appropriation account tb other current expenses
of the Mayor--Council account.

2. That the mayor and director of finance bring into effect
the provisions of the resolution.
Passed by the village council this 14th day of September, 1964.
