RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 28, 196J~ ON PRO-
POSED ASSESSMENT FOR STREET AND ALLEY GRADING,
VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 1.81 A 8c 1.1.81 B
Wf~EkZF.,a1S, by Resolution No, 3280 passed by the council on the 21~th day
of August, 19bi~, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of the assessment roll, Village Pro~eet No. x.81 A
and ).r.81 B, and
WHEREAS, the village clerk has notif~.ed the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed an his office for public inspec-
tion.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the v5,11age council of the Village of
Richfield Minnesotan as follows:
1. A publ3.c hearing shall be held on the 28th day of September,
196., in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Ha11
at 7:15 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at
such time and place a Lt parsons owning property affected by
such improvement will. be given an opportunity to ba heard with
reference to such improvement.
2. The viLtiage clerk is hereby dz.r®eted to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and
he shall. sate iri the notice the total assessable cost of the
improvement iri the amount of X9,963.21.
