RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREW
PARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR VILLAGE PROD. ?~81A

WI~REAS, the following construction was performed during the year 1963:
Street Grading, Village Pro3ect No. 1~81A
South side of 77th Street from Oliver Avenue to Penn Avenue
Alley Grading, Village Pro3ect No. 1818
Between Penn Avenue and Queen Avenue from 66th Street to
68th Street.

'WHEREAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of X7,688.90.
WHEREAS, other costs incurred are X2,271.82.
NOW 7'HEREP'ORE, BE IT RESOLVE" by the village council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1. What the cost of street grading on the South side of 77.th St.
from Oliver Avenue to Pecan Avenue to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be ~3,lbo.l5, and therefore this sum will ~ assessed against
the property benefited thereby.
2. That the cost of A]1ey grading from 66th Street to 68th Street
between Penn and Oliver Avenue to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be X6,803.06, and therefore this sum will be assessed against the pro-
perty benefited th®reby.
3. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece,
or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by
law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for
public inspection.
~,. The clerk. shall notify the council upon completion of such proposed
assessment.
