RESOLUTION DECLARING OOSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPAR-
TION OF FROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROIS- FOR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 1~36A
WHEREAS, the following construction was perform®d dur3.n.g the year 19b3:
Curb and gutter on Portland Avenue from 62nd St. to 66th St.
WHEREAS, village share of costs have been paid iri the sum of ~17,763.2b.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1. That the cost of curb and gutter on Portland Avenue from 62nd St.
to 66th street to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be
at least 20~ of total cast or ~9,6~.0.31~, and therefore this sum will
be assessed against privately owned property benefited thereby.
2. That said assessments shall run for a period of ten years.
3. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to
be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable
lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valua-
tion, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed
assessment in his office for public inspection.

assessment.
