RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SETPEMBER 289 19&~. ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR SIDEWALK COI~TRUCTTON, VILLAGE PROJECT N0. x.85
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3276 passed by the council on the 24th day of
August, 1961, the village clerk was - directed to prep are a proposed assessment
roll of the cost of sidewalk construction, Village Pro3ect No. 4859
Tr~HEREAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection..
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by' the v3ll.age council of the village of

1. A. public heaxd.ng shall: be h®ld on the 28~t day of September, 1969~~
i.n the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at ?:15
o~~#,ock P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such
tim® and place all persons owning property affected by such improve-
ment wi11 be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such
improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hear-
. ing on .the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state
in the notice-the total assessable cost of the improvement .in the
ffinount of $].?.~., 295.20,
