no longer needed for the public purposes for which they were conveyed by
the State of Minnesota to this villages .
Lots 20 and. 21a Block 5a R,ay~ts iynnhurst 2nd Addition
according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the
Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County.
2• The mayor and managed axe hereby authorised and directed to execute
the necessary documents to reconvey such lots to the State of M3~n®sota«
