RESOLUTION DECLARING OOSTS TO BE A55ESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION
OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. I~91-
W1E;REAS, the following construction was performed during the year 1963;
Storm Sewer Construction, Village Project No. x.91, area to be assessed;
That property in the Village of Richfield, Minnesota, contained within. the
following described boundary.
Commencing at the intersection of the centerlines of West 65th Street and Xerxes
Avenue South; thence south along the centerline of Xerxes Avenue South to the
centerline a;~ West b6th Street; thence east along the centerline of West 66th
Street to the centerline of Washburn Avenue South; thence south along the center-
line of Washbvsn Avenue South to its intersection with a line drawn parallel to
and measured 16Q.8 feet south, at right angels, from the centerline of West 66th
Street; thence west along the las~L mentioned arallel line to its intersection
with a line drawn parallel to and measured 16.6 feet west, at right angels, from
the centerline off' Washburn Avenue South; thence south along the last mentioned
parallel line to its intersection with the centerline of W. 67th Street; thence
east along the centerline of W. 67th Street to its intersection with a line drawn
parallel to and measured 161.6 feet east at right angles from the centerline of
V~.n.cent Avenue South; thence north along the last mentioned para]1ed line to its
intersection with a lane drawn parallel to and measured 169,5 feet south at right
ang7,es fror- the centerline of West bbth Street; thence east along the last mention-
ed parallel lane to the intersection with the centerline of Sheridan Avenue South;
thence north along the centerline of Sheridan Avenue South to the centerline of
W. 65th Street; thence west along the centerline of West 65th Street to point of
beginning,
T~REAS~ contract costs have been paid in the sum of ~3?,1~21.5~.
WHEREAS, other costs incurred are X7,235.62
NOW THEREFORE, IiE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield
as follows:
1. That the cost of Storm Sewer Construction, Vi7la.ge Project No. x.91, in the
aforementa,oned area, to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be
~30,~.88.16, and therefore this sum wa11 be assessed against the property benefited
thereby.
2. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially
assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel
of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as prova..ded by law, and he
shall i°ile a e opy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspec-
tion.
3. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such proposed assessment.
