RESOLUTION ~LLING HEARIPTG ON SEPT.~P'LBER 28, 1961.4 ON PROPOSED
ASSESSNENT FOR STORST SEWER fiONS'.CRUCTTON, V'iLT,P,GE PROJEQT N0. 1483
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.326~ passed by the council on the 10th day
of 1~ugust, 19614, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed asses-
sment of the cost of the assessment roll, Village Pro3ect No. 1483 and
WHEREAS, the village clerl~ has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the vi].Z,ago council of the Vi7.lage of
Richfield, rTinnesota, as follows s
1. .A public hearing shall be held on the 28th day of September, 19614,
in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall, at 7s15 P.N. to pass
upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such. improvement will be given an apportunity to be
heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby dasected to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the
notice the total assessable cost of the improvement ixi the amount of
~1~3, 998.39.
