RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED .AND ORDERING PREPARATION

WHEREAS, the fallowing construction was performed during the year 1963s
Storm Sewer Construction, Village Project No. J~83, area to be assessedo
The property abutting Queen Avenue South from the centerline of West 70th
Street to a point 383 ft. North ~ the centerline of West 70th Street.
The property abu+ting W. 702 Street from Penn Avenue So. to Thomas Avenue 5.
The property abutting the South side of West 70th Street from Penn Avenue 5.
to a point 693 ft. west of the centerline of Pann Avenue So.
The property abutting Penn .Avenue So. from the centerline o£ W. 70th Street to
a point 330 ft. south o£ the centerline of West 73rd Street.

w~REAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of X95,055.57.
T~JHEREAS, other costs incurred are X13,085.80.
NOW TI3EREFORE, BE IT RESOL~'~.~D by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield
as followso
1. That the cost of Storm Sewer Construction, Village Project No. x.83, in tha
aforementioned area, to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be
v~.39998.39, and therefore this sum will. be assessed against the property
. benef~_ted thereby.
2.~ The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be speci-
ally assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or
parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by
law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment a.r1 his office
.x"or public inspection,
3. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such proposed assessment.
