1964-3263r~~ RESOLUTION Noo 3263 RESOLUTION RECEIVING CHARTER AND DIRECTING THE QUESTION OF ITS ADOPTION TO BE 3UBMTTTED TO AN ELECTION. BE IT RESOLVED by the. Village Council of the Village of Richfield9 as follows: 1. A proposed charters prepared by the Richfield Charter Comm3.ssion9 and presented to the Village Clerk of the Village of Richf field, pursuaxrt to Minnesota Statutes Section 1.~3.0,07~ is hereb~r received' ordered to be placed on fil®~ and is hereby given C1erk~s file No. C~7~,07 • 2'. The question of whether or not such proposed new charter shall be adopted is hereby ordered to be placed on the ballot at the next general election of the village9 i.e. November 39 1964. 3. The voting plates and election officers for such election shall be the same as for the village election to be held on that dated 4. The Clerk is hereby authorized and d3.rected to give notice of-such election prior to suoh election in the manner, required by law, Such- notice of election shall contain the complete charter and"sha11 be published ones a week for two successive weeks in the official newspaper of the village. ~.
