WH,ERPa45, by Resolution No. 3255 passed by the council on the 3rd day of
August, 1964, the village cleric was directed to prepare ~. proposed assessment of
the cost of '~Aatesc Main Construction, Village Project No. 465, and
WIlEREAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed ass~ess~
mane has been completed and flied in his off ice for public inspection.
NC;W THBREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village of
R$chf field, Minnesota, as follows.
1. A pub lic hearing sh~.l l be held on the 14th d~.y of September,
1964, in the council chambers of the Village x.11 at ?:15 P.Me
to pass upon such proposed assessment and at. such time and
place ai]: persons owning property affected by such improvement
will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such

2. The vilis,ge clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and
he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost of ~h~~im-
provement in the amount of $1,®09,725.630
