1964-3255r':~" RBSOLU TION N0. 3255 RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BB ASSBSaBD AND ORDERING PREPARA- TION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL POR VILLAGB PROJECT N0.~465 WHBRBA~S, the following construction was performed during the year 1963: Water Main construction on all public streets within the Village of Richfield between Nicollet Ave. and Xerxes Ave,, and between 24th Ave. and Cedar°Ave. not pre viousiy served by Pro3ects No. 387-D, 418, 422 or 441: WI-~REAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $1,416,887.59. WHEREAS, other costs incurred are $341,306.01. NOW THEREPORB, B8 IT RESOLVED BY the village council of the Vil]:age of Richfield as follows: ~ ' 1. The cost of water main construction to be specially assessed is here- by declared to be as f oilows: Residential lateral, $2.50 1/f, l-inch stub, $87.00; Commercial, churches, multiple residences, and schools, $3.15 1/f, stubs exceeding 1-inch, $165,00 and therefore $1,009.728.63 will be assessed against property bene- fited herebq. ' 2. That said assessments shall run for a period of 20 years. 3. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspec- tion. 4.
