RESE}LUTION AUZHORIZING AND DIl~CTING RECONVEXANCB OF LOTS
~ STATE OF MINNESOTA
B8 IT RESOLVED by the village .council of the Village of Richfield, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, as follows
1. Tt is hereby determined that the following described properties
~.n. thy; Village of Richfield, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, are
no longer needed for the public purposes for which they were conveyed by
the State of Minnesota to this villages
Lots 3 and 4, Bloclcii, Tingdale Bros, Lincoln Hi11s Add,

according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the
Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County,
2. The mayor and manager are hereby authorized and directed to e~cecute
the necessary documents to reconvey such lots to the State of Minnesota,
gassed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 13th day of
July, 1964.
