UdHBRFA~, by Resolution No. 3239 pasted by the council on thc~ 13th day of
July, 1964, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
of the cost of the 1963 Annual street Improvement and Oiling Program, Village
'Project No. 474 , snd
V4HEREA~, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess
ment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE ~T RE~LVSTt by the village council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota, as foliowss
1b Apublic-hearing shall be held on the 10th day of August, 1964, in
the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hail at 7a1~ o°clock to pass
upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place ail persons owning
property affected try such improvement will be g3.ven an opportunity to be
heard with reference to such improvement. '
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the officis.l nevuspapet
