RESOLUTION 'DECYARITG COSTS 1D BB ASSESSED AND ORDERIIoI;
PREPAR~fiTION OF PROPOSED ASSESSNIBNT FOR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 474
t~iEREA&, the village council has heretofore ordered work done bq daq labor for
the improvement of all streets and ailegs in the Village of Richfield known as
Village Project No. 474, 1963 Annual Street Improvement and Oiling Program, and
WHERE~.S, the net cost of construction of Village Project No. 474 has been deter®
mimed to be ~~.28,676.90, and of this cost the Village of Richfield will paq
$44,871.25 as its share of the cost including its share as a property owner,

V~1-IETtEAS, it has been determined that there is a total of 830,439.4 assessable
front feet against which the foregoing costs shall be assessed.
NOUO Tf~IEREFORE, BS IT RESOLVED bq the village council of the Village of Richfield
as fo].louus:
1. That the cost of Village Project No. 474 to be specially assessed is
hereby declared to be $116,262.03.
2. That the assessat~ie front feet against which such cos is shall be
assessed is hereby deciargd to be 830,439.4.
3. That the rate per assessable front foot is hereby declared to be
fourteen cents 10.14).
4~. That the. village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
specially assessed for Village Project No. 474 against each lot, piece and par®
cel of land within the Village csf Richfield affected, without regard of cash
valuation, as provided bq law.
S. The village clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment,
file a copq thereof in his office for public inspection, and shall notify the
village council.
