RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING RECONV'EYA1~E OF LOTS TO

BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield!
Hennepin County Minnesota,. as fo].5.owsa
1., It is hereby determined that the following described properties in
the Village of Richfield, County of Hennepin, and State of Minnesotan are
no longer needed for the pubXic purposes for which they were comreyed by
the State of Minnesota to this villagea
Lots $, 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 2, Blossom Park
according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the
Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County.
2. The Mayor and Manager are hereby ajuthorized and directed to execute
the necessary documents to reconvey such lots to the State of Minnesota.
3, The Village of Richfield herewith requests that if such lots are
subsequently .sold for private development they be sold for four (~.} building
sites, each Elf in width. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to transmit this request to the~Commissioner of Taxation and to the
County Land Office of Hennepin County.
