RESOLUTION RELATING 10 CLASSIFICATION AND SALE OF TAX
FORFETTBD PROPBRTIBS
WHEREAS, The village council of the Village of Richf ieicl, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, has received from the.County Auditor of Hennepin
County, Minnesota, a list of lands in said village which became proper-
ty of the State of Minnesota under the provisions of law declaring the
forfeiture of lands to the state for non-payment of taxes, which said
list has been designated as classification list °P57?-C°°, a copy of
which is hereby given cierk•s file No. 7209 in order to be placed on
file; and
WH8REA5, each parce]. of land described in said list has heretofore
been classified bq the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County,
Minnesotan as non-conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore
been authorized by said Board of County Commissioners:
NOW, THBREFORE, BB IT RBSOLVBD by the village council of the Village
of Richfie id, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01, Sub-
division 1, that the said ciassif ication by said Board of County Commis-
sioners of each parcel of land described in said-list as non-conservation
land be and the same is hereby approved and that the sale of each such
parcel of land be and the same is hereby approved.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richf ieid this 27th
day of April, 1964.
