RESOLUTION CANCELLING AS~BSSMBNTS FOR GRADII~ COS35 AGAINST
CERTAIN PROPERTIES AND ASSUMING SUCH COSZS AS VILLAGE SHARE
OF IMPROVEMENTS'POR GRt~DTNG
WHEREAS, the .entire costs` of grading Atildrich Ave., Village Project No. 445AC,
were assessed against all abutting property owners from 83rd St. to 550 ft.
south on Aldrich Ane. under Resolution No. 3062 dated August 129 19639 and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that the property owners from 160 ft. south
of 63rd St. on Aldrich Ave. to 550 f t. south should hens been the only prom
perties to be assessed for this impronement9 and .
1i~HERBAS, it is hereby determined that the village assume as their share of
costs the amount of the assessment against the abutting property owners from
63rd St. and Aldrich Anea to 160 feet southD
NOW THBRBFORB, BB IT RESOLVED by the council of the Village of Richf field that,
1. Assessments for s°treet grading, Village Project No. 445~C9 against
Lots 5, 6, 79 89 B1ocYc 1 and Lots 19 2, 3, 49 Bioclc 29 a13~ in Ray°s Lynnhurst
Second Addition, are hereby cancelled,
2. That the 1964 installa~nt against the above eight lots in the
amount of $213.0, and the unpaid special assessments in the amount of
$1558,96 be assumed as the village share of the grading costs of Village
Project No. 445dC.
3. That an amount be added to the ad valorem tax leng- to be collected
along with other taxes for the village share of assessments for the assessment
period of nineteen ye arse
4. That the County Auditor be requested to send a corrected 1964 tax
statement to the above effected property owners.
5. That the manager, attorney and director of finance are hereby
authorized and directed to bring into effect the provisions of this re soYum
do n.
