RESOLUTION AUZHORIZYNG BRTBNSION OP SUBURBAN I~TNSPIN
COUNTY RELIEF BOARD CONTRACT

~VFiERBAS', This council, on March 8~ 1954, entered into an agreement
between this village and the Subuxban Hennepin County Relief Board
of the County of Hennepin for the administration and supervision of
poor relief in this village, which agreement was given clerk's file
No. Cm],339, and the execution of which agreement was authorized by
Resolution ~302of this councils `
WfffiRBfiS~ it is desired to continue the terms of contract in fait
force until such time as the same may be cancelled by either party
thereto as provided in said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED, that ail of the ter~ars, conditions
and provisions of the aforementioned contract are hereby continued
in fu it force and effect so as to be binding upon both parties thereto
the smme as though the contract was on this date signed and made anew
and said contract shall remain in foil force and effect until such time
as the same may be hereafter cancelled by either party under the terms
and conditions provided for in said contract.
