RESOLUTION AUTFIORIZING PURCHASE OP IMPROVEM8NT BONDS OP 1950,
SBRIES B, POR REDEMPTION
~9HERBAS~ Resolution #3151 dated December 23, 1963, authorizes the purchase
of outstanding Village of Richf field bonds sub3ect to council approval, and
t~tERBAS, it is hereby deemed beneficial to the Village of Richf ieid to
purchase certain improvement bonds of 1950, Series B, and
'V9H8REAS, a price of $99.20 plus accrued interest to January 14, 1964
is hereby deemed to be reasonable,

as foilowsa
1. 7'he village manager and director of finance are. hereby authorized and
directed to repurchase from Ail3,son-~-iliiams Company,.$60,000 improve-
ment Bonds of 1950., Series B, of this village, dated September i,-1950,
bearing interest at 2.7096, maturing on Pebrua.ry 1 in the years 1966
through 19?i, at a price of $992.00 for each $1000 bond, plus accrued
interest to January 14, 19640
2. The purchase-price shall be paid from moneys on hand in the Improve®
meat Bonds of 19SO Sinking Fund.
