of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota., as follows:
1. Russell Peterson and Rotsert H. Sc&stein, residents 'and
police officers of the Village of Richfiel d, ~~ee hereby
designated under M.S. 412.161 L. 1957, Chap. 13`7, as the per
sons authorized to serve civil processesin this village.
2. This designation shah be effective immediately and shall
continue until January, 1965, and. until their successors
~,re selected and clual3f led.
This resolution supersedes any prior motion of the council relating
to the appointment of Process Server Officers.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 13th
day of Jarrauary, 1964.
