RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER Flr?M CONTINGENCY
APPROPRIt4TION TO THB MAYL?R••COUNCIL ACOOUNT
'WHSRBAS, An appropriation of $300.00 was made for petty cash for the
Charter Commission for 1962, and
WHEREAS, It is hereby determined that an additiona]L $820s00 for legal
services wi11 be necessary for the operation of. the Charter
Commission for-1963,
Nt~NI T~BFORE, BB IT RBSOLVED, By the viila.ge council of the Village
of Richfield as follower
1. That an amount of $820.00 be transferred from the
Contingency Appropriation Account to the current
expenses of the Mayor-Council account.
2. That this amount be appropriated as a grant to the
Char ter Commission for payment of said legal fees.
3. That the manager and director of finance bring into
effect the provisions of the resolutions
