RESOLUTION Noo 315
RESOLUTION RLLATINQr TO PARTICIPATION TN THE RURAL
HENNEPIN COUNTY NURSING DISTRICT
WHEREASs pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections ].?a.5e08 and 1t~5a12
provision has been made for a public health nursing district in that portion
of Hennepin County outside the City of Minneapolis and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such authority s~,c~. a public health nursing dis~
trio has been organized and has been `a n operation for several yearss and
WHEREASs it is deemed necessary to continue the operation of such
nursing district and to prov3.de it with adequate funds for its proper operm
anon.
NfnnTs THE~tEE'ORL, BE 13' RESOLVED by the village council of th. e Village
of Richfield that this political sub division continue to be.included in the
public health nursing district of rural Hennepin County9 organised on
January ~s 192; that it participate iri the benefits thereof; and that it
agrees to support on an apportionment basis its pro rata share of .the cost of
the administration of such district prov3.e~eds howevers that for the period
January 1,, 196t~ through December 318 196.8 this cost sha1:L -not exceed $ e 26~
per capita on the basis of the official 1960 Federal Census,
