BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield9
Minnesotan as follows e
1. A proposed agx°ee~ment providing for engaging Ralph Be Shimer9
Architects to perform architectural services in connection with planning
and construction of a new Municipal Building~.is hereby given Clerks File
Nos Cm?~.?69 and ordered to be placed on file,
2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the public
healthy conveniencee safety9 prosperity and gsneral.welfare~ to execute
such agreement; such agreement is hereby approved; and.. the Mayor ark Manager
are hereby authorized and directed to ex®cute such agreement fo~° and on.
behalf of the Village of Richfielde
3a All sums payable to Ralph Bo Shimer~ pursuant to the provisions of
such agreemente shall be paid out of Public T~orks Reserve Fund,
