RESOLUTION RELEASII~ COLLA TBRAL OF RICHFTBLD BANK AND
TRUST COMPANY AND ACCEPTING SUB5 TITUTION THEREFOR
BS IT RB50LVBD by the village council of the village of Richf ieid as
follows s
1, That the council authorize the release of securities heretofore
pledged as collateral by the Richf iel d Bank and Trust Co, in
the amount of $288,000.00.
2. That the council approve and accept in substitution $200,000--
2~96, U. 5, Treasury Bonds due March 15, 1970, and $100,000
various municipal bonds.
3. That the manager and director of finance be authorized to do all
things necessary to effect this release, substitution and addition
of as represented by custodian receipt on file to a maximum of
$1,119,000.00.
Passed by the village council of the village of Richfield this 25th
day of November, 1963.
