of Richfield and. 3.ts' citizens and residents to enter irz~o a 3oint axad
cooperative agreement with. other suburban municipal. corporations for the
formation of a Suburban Sana.tary Sewer Commissi®ne
2a A~proposed agreeme~~ to accomplish such purposee a Dopy of whioh
is attached hereto and made ~ hereof is hereby approved and adoptede
and the Mayor and. Mataager and ...all other. appropriate .officials of this munici~
pality-are hereby authorized and.d3rected to execute said agreement on behalf
of this mun3.oipality and to take the steps outlined in said agreemen°~ a~eoessar~r
to effectuate ite and the Vil7.age Clerk is hereby.. authorized and directed
to send a certified Dopy of this resolution and a duly executed copy~of said
agreement to the v3.llage clerk of the Village of New Hopea Minneso°~ae
