RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSBSSMBNT ON VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 484
88 IT R85OLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richf ie1d,~Hennepin County,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the village clerk has, with the assistance of the village engineer, calculated
the proper amounts to be assessed for the construction of storm sewer, Village Project
No. 484 against every assessable lot, ~siece, or parcel of land specially benef ited
thereby in accordance with the provisions of law, and the proposed assessment so made
up was filed with the village clerk for more than 15 days pxs.or to the assessment
hearing and was open to public inspection during said periods
2. That notice has been du iy published and a public hearing heretofore duly held
as required by law so that this council could meet and pass upon the proposed assess

3s. That an opportunity has been given to all in$erested persons to present their
objections, if any to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said
public hearings

4. What the village council has heretofore duly established Village Project No. 484
and after carefully considering _aii the facts, the benefits to each lot, piece or
parcel of land and fully advising itself in the premises, has found and determined and
herebrf declares that each and every lot, piece, or parcel of land included in said
proposed assessment roll was improved by reason of the construction of said Village
Project No. 484 and hay been and is specially benef ited in the amount set out in said
proposed assessment roil opposite each such lot, piece or parcel of_land.

5. The proposed total assessment in the amount of $19,080.82 is ki~r'e~y. affirmed,
adopted and conf armed and the sums fixed and named in said. .proposed assessment are
affirmed, adopted and conf armed as the proper special assessment for each of said
lots, pieces, or paresis of land respectively, and said amount so ~cet out is hereby
levied against each of the respective lots, pieces, or parcels of land therein described,
6. Said assessment is hereby affirmed, adopted, conf armed and shall be certif led by
the village clerk and filed in his office, and shall thereupon be and constitute tl~
specia.i assessment for said storm sewer construction, Village Project No. 484.

7,, The asseessment with accruing interest, s1~a11 be a lien up®n the property included
therein, concurrent with general takes, and shall be payable in equal annual install
menu extending over a period of 20'years, The first instailment~shail be payable on
the-first Monday in January of 194. A11 assessments shall bear interest at the rate
of 6% per annum. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire
assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 19~b,.to each subse~
quent installment shah be added interest for one year on ail unpaid inst~.liments,
All assessments and interest thereon sha1Il be collected and paid®over in the same
manner as other municipal taxes.
