la That the village clerk has, with the assistance of the village engineer, calcum
fated the pra~per amounts to be assessed for the construction-of water main, Village
Fro,ject No, 441, against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land specially
benefited thereby in accordance with flee provisions of law, and the proposed assess
ment so Made up was filed with the village clerk for more than l5 days prior to the
assessment hearing and was open to public inspection during said period,

3, That an opportunity has been given to ail interested persons to present their
ob3ecti®ns~ if ,any, to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said

4~ That the village council has heretofore duly estabiishe8 Village Froject No. 441,
and after carefully considering ail the facts, the benefits to each lot, piece or
parcel of land and fully advising itself in the premises, has found and determined
and hereby declares that each and every lot, piece, or parcel of land included in
said proposed assessment roil was improved by reason of the constructions of said
Village Froject No, 441 awl has been and is specially benef ited in the amount set
out in said proposed assessment roil opposite each such lot, piece or par~ei of landp
5, Tlie proposed total assessment in the am®unt of $1,?25,913.31 is hereby affirmed,
adopted, and confirmed and the sums fixed and ~.med in said proposed. assessment are
off 3ra~d, adopted and confirmed as the proper special .assessment for each of said iota,
pieces, or parcels of land respectively, and said amount so set out is hereby levied
against each of the respective iota, pieces, or paresis of land therein described.
