assessment has be®n compl®t®d and fil®d in his office for public in~
spectiona
NOW TI~REF'oRE9 BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Qillage of
Richfield9 Minnesota9 as follows
l~ A public hearing shall be h®ld ors th® 23rd dad of Sept®mber9
19639 in the council chambers of the Richfield ®illage Hall9 at 7x3.5'
P®1K. to pass upon such proposed ass®ssm®nt and at such tim® and p3.ace
all persons owning propex^ty affected by such improv®m®nt will, b® given
an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improv®m®ntQ
2, The village clerk is h®r®by dir®ct®d to cause a not~.o® of th®
hearing on the proposed ass®ssm®nt to b® publish®d twice ire the offioial
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the h®aringg and he shall etat,®
in the notice the total assessable post of the improvement 3n the amount
