W'HERE,~S, by Resolution No. 3090 passed by the council on the 26th day
of August, 1963, t h® village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of Wat®r Main 'Oonstruction, Village Project No. lil~l,
and
1~,5, the vi1].age clerk has notifi®d the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspections
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village of
Richfield, M3,taxtesota, as follows s
1. A public hearing sha12 b® held on the 23x^d day of Septem-
ber, 1963, in the council chambers of th® V111ag® Hall at
7115 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at
such time and place all persons owning property affected
by suoh improvement will be given an opportunity to be
heard with reference to such improvement.
2e The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of
the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published
twice in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior
to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total
assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of ~1,723,681.58s
