The cost of water main construction to be-specially assessed is here- by declared to be as follows Residential lateral, ~2,~ 1/f, 1-inoh stub, ~87o00a Commercial, churches9 multiple residences, and schools, X3.15 1/f, stubs eacc®eding 1-inch, ~1d5.00 and th®refore X1,7239681,58 will be ass®ss®d against property b®n®fited h®reby. 2. That said assessments sha11 run for a period of 20 y®ars. 3. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate th® proper amount to be specially,_assessed for -such improv_®men°G against ev®rg ase®ssable lot, pieca9 ®r parcel of land aff®cted without regard to Dash valuationg as provided by law, and he sha11 file a copy of such proposed assessor®nt ~..n his offic® for public inspection. !~• The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such proposed assessment.
