RESOLUTION CALLING FEARING ON SEPTEMBER 23, 1963 ON PRAPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR SIDEWALK DONSTRITOTION, VII,I~,GE PR(7JECT NO. ~~

August, 1963, the vi~.].age clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
ro1,1 of the cost of sidewalk construction, Village Project No. ~4~4a
WI~RF~S, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspectLoxa.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the v3.l.lage council of the Village o~
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows$
1. ~ p~,blic hearing sha11 be held on the 23rd day of S®ptember, 1963, .
in the council chamb®rs of the Richfield Villag® Hall at 7s15
o~clock P.M. to piss upon such proposed assessor®nt and a t such.
time and plac® all persons owning property aff®cted by such impr.ov®m
m®nt w3.11 be giv®n an opportunity to be h®ard with referenc® t® such
improvement.
2. The village clerk is her®by directed to cause a notion of the hear®
ing on the proposed ass®ssment to be publish®d twice 3.n the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hear3.ng, and he shall stat®
in the notice the total assessable cost of th® improvement in th®
amount of X33,832.10.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 26th day
of August, 1963.
