NOTat THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by th® Village 'Council of the Village of Richfield
as follows
1. That the cost of .:sidewalk construction to be speoially assessed is hereby
declared to b® at =l®adt~ 20~ of this cost for residential prope~°ty and 50~
for apartment buildirags9 chur~hess schools and commercial property9 and
therefor® X339832.10 will be ass®ssed against prop®rty benefited thereby,
a. That said assesa~nts shall run for a p®,riod of fiv® years.
3e The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the prop®r amount to be sp®cially
assess®d for such improv®ment against every assessabl® lot9 pieces or paro®1
of land affected without regard to cash valuation9 as provided by' law9 and
he shall fil®a copy of such proposed ass®ssm®nt in his offic® for public
inspection.
