9VHBRBAS, by' Resolution No. 3073 , passed by the council on the 12th
daq of August, 1963, the vilia~e clerk was direct~d~to prepare a proposed
assessment roil of the cost of sanitary sewer construction, Village Pro3ect
No. 473, and
@dHBRBAS, the village clerk has notified tJh~ council that such-prom
posed assessment has been completed and filed in' his office for pudic inm
spection.

of Richf ieid ~ Minnesota, as follows s
1. 'A pubic heari shall be he id on the 9th day of Septe~.m
her, 19f~3, in the c~uncii chambers ~of the Richf ieid Village
Half at ?:15 P.M. to pass .upon such proposed assessment and at
such time and place all persons owning property affected by
such improvemert will be given an opportunity to be hesrd with
reference to such improveme~it.
2.. The village clerk is hereby directed to cau se a notice of
the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published tarice ifn
the official! newspape~t at least tiro weeks prior to *:he heaoring,
'and he shall state in the no~iCe the total ass~ssabie cost of
the improvement in the mount of $1827.34.
